The Salento cuisine, full of ancient traditions, where the legacy of the suffered domination is strong, counts on unique flavors, fruits of the land. Pasta home-made by women produced with the Salento durum wheat, extra virgin olive oil, legumes, torrone and cupeta. Here the travel is a praise to slowness and love food is prepared with.
The countertop of a kitchen, on which dishes are prepared enhances the Salento cuisine and its traditions.

Daria Baglieri

Graduated in 2005 at the Faculty of Design at the Polytechnic University of Milan in industrial design, interiors section. Among her collaborations, the CanevalConca architecture atelier in Milan and an experience as assistant of the laboratory “The places of hospitality” at the Polytechnic University of Milan. She has designed exhibition stands of many editions of the Salone del Mobile in Milan.
