The Dogana Vecchia bistro restaurant, which is open to the city, consists of areas for wine tasting and for eating, and the wine cellars. It is the ideal place for those who, denied the luxury of a long lunch break, opt for the main courses proposed by the Chef. The lighting brings out the colours of the traditional materials like the opalescence of bronze or the honey colour of the natural stone, making the setting highly atmospheric. The extensively-restored bar counter is the same “historic” bar that the hotel has had since its inception.
