Santa Maria al Bagno 

S. Maria al Bagno is a pretty hamlet with an eastern feel that faces the Ionian coast just a few minutes from Gallipoli, between Santa Caterina and Lido Conchiglie, and lying around the ancient public baths. That which is today called the "Four Columns" is all that remains of the medieval Torre del Fiume, a watchtower that once defended the village from interminable raids and pillages.
