Our main focus is looking after our customers, giving them precious advises on what to do and providing a wide range of tailored experiences according to their needs. In order to do it, we increased the online touch point before their arrival by anticipating guests’ needs and improving the social distancing requirements ( i.e. personal documents can be gathered in advance for a faster check-in, and meals preference can be collected before arrival).
