Over the past months Vestas Hotels & Resorts - Hotel President, Eos Hotel and Risorgimento Resort - did not stop providing its services, thus representing an important landmark at local level.
We launched a special program called “Vestas caring experience” whose main aim is to guarantee an unforgettable experience to our guests in accordance with health and safety regional and national guidelines.
Our top priorities are “safety, unique experience and tailored customer service”, in order to guarantee our guests’ safety and at the same time preserve the essence of their trip leading them to discover a new land.

One of our key strenght is the concierge service, which has always played an important role in the relationship with our guests. Our main focus is looking after our customer, giving them precious advices on what to do and providing a wide range of tailored experiences according to their needs. In order to do it, we increased the online contact before their arrival by anticipating guests’ expectations and improving the social distancing requirements ( i.e. personal documents can be gathered in advance for a faster check-in and meals preference can be collected before arrival).
Our guests have their own personal advisor completely free of charge suggesting unconventional experiences.
Our guests are offered an a la càrte breakfast and the room service is totally free of charge.
The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner ( packed lunch and dinner are available upon request) and all the measures have been taken to guarantee the required social distancing (seats have been reduced and tables respect the distance required).
